Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to the commencement of any consulting or training services.

Upon receipt of payment, an invoice/receipt will be issued as confirmation. Access to digital products (including videos, audio, PDFs, templates, and other materials) will be granted immediately, and any physical products will be dispatched within 24 hours where applicable.

At the end of the initial service term, you may elect to extend your engagement subject to mutual agreement.

You will retain ongoing access to all purchased training materials unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, you determine that the services or materials are not suitable, you may request a full refund.

All refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible unless required under applicable law.
